邹恒甫，男，1962年生于湖南，武汉大学经济学学士（1982年）哈佛大学经济学硕士（1986年），哈佛大学经济学博士（1989年）。现任世界银行研究部研究员，至今已经在国际上近20种经济学学术刊物上发表论文，并主编现代中国第一份在国际上发行的经济学和金融学英文学术杂志Annals of economics and finance、《经济与金融高级教程》（北京大学出版社）和《现代经济浓前沿丛书》（武汉大学出版社）。
